Job summary

You will analyze skills gaps, design development roadmaps, and identify opportunities within existing accounts. Travel up to 20% and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years consulting/advisory/workforce development experience.
• Experience with government, utilities, or commercial organizations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including executive-level presentations.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• US citizenship requirement.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to understand mission, priorities, and outcomes.
• Conduct skills gap analysis to identify needed workforce capabilities.
• Design and propose workforce development roadmaps aligned to goals and Esri training.
• Identify business development opportunities within existing customer base through discovery.
• Partner with Esri teams to shape comprehensive solutions addressing organizational challenges.
• Represent and communicate the value of training to internal and external Esri customers.
