Job summary

T&M Associates in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a seasoned GIS Program Manager to lead complex GIS and technology projects across public and private sectors. The role blends remote work with in-office collaboration and occasional travel for client engagements and industry events.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years of GIS, technology consulting, and project management experience, plus strong leadership, client advisory, and contract negotiation skills. Hybrid schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology field (geography, GIS, planning, or related).
• 15+ years of progressive GIS, technology consulting, and project management experience.
• Experience with client-facing roles, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery.
• Knowledge of public/private contracting and procurement practices.
• Familiarity with asset management platforms (Maximo, Hexagon, CarteGraph/OpenGov, CityWorks).
• Experience with Indoor Mapping and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise IT architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects, including GIS solutions, app development, and integrations.
• Mentor a technical team and provide guidance throughout project execution.
• Translate client goals into tailored technology solutions.
• Ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget project delivery with WBS and schedules.
• Lead proposal writing, cost estimation, and scoping of work and contracts.
• Collaborate with business development to grow the Applied Technology practice.
• Represent the firm at conferences and events, delivering demos and talks.
• Support portfolio strategy and growth direction for the practice.
