Avangrid is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst/Programmer for Enterprise Applications. Based in office locations including Orange, CT, the role provides development, integration, and continuous improvement of GIS applications within ArcGIS/ArcFM environments for utility operations.

The candidate will lead technical phases, collaborate with IT and vendors, and ensure reliable GIS systems with strong data, cloud/on-premises support, and AI-enabled modernization opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, GIS, CS or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills; multitasking ability.
• Proven team player with effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, integration, and support of enterprise GIS platforms and related business apps.
• Design, implement, and optimize GIS workflows across ArcGIS/ArcFM and SAP/OMS/ADMS.
• Provide architecture guidance, ensure reliability, and manage vendor relationships.
