Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a GIS Specialist II in Holmdel, NJ to advance geospatial analysis and project delivery. You will leverage Esri tools, build web maps and apps, and support transportation networks, utilities, and municipal infrastructure with a focus on measurable geospatial insights.

The role requires 5+ years in GIS/IT/Engineering, a degree in GIS or related field, and strong experience with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and Esri Utility Network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in GIS, Geography, or related field.
• Esri ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional GIS/IT/Engineering experience.
• Experience with Esri Utility Network preferred.
• Strong communication with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Deep knowledge to collect, analyze, and prepare GIS data into map products and deliverables.
• Create Esri Web Apps and Web Maps through ArcGIS Online and Portal.
• Assist in ArcGIS Enterprise project data and applications.
• Install and configure Esri ArcGIS Online accounts for clients.
• Lead project tasks and deploy GIS solutions.
• Quality check geodatabases and GPS data.
• Work independently with clients on-site and virtually.
• Provide training on Esri project data and deliverables.
• Follow GIS standard operating procedures.
