Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a GIS Specialist II to join a dynamic team in Philadelphia. The role focuses on leveraging Esri tools to transform complex data into actionable GIS insights for transportation, utilities, and municipal projects.

You will collaborate across teams, lead data management tasks, configure ArcGIS Enterprise solutions, and deliver high-quality geospatial products while training clients and adhering to company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in GIS, Geography, or related A&E field.
• Esri Utility Network Certification.
• 5+ years of professional GIS/IT/Engineering experience.
• Experience with Esri ArcPro and ArcGIS Online apps.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and prepare GIS data into map products and client deliverables.
• Create Esri Web Apps and Web Maps via ArcGIS Online and Portal.
• Assist in preparation of ArcGIS Enterprise project data and apps.
• Install and configure Esri ArcGIS Online accounts for clients.
• Lead project data environment setup and deployment tasks.
• Quality check geodatabases and field data collected via GPS.
• Work with clients on-site and virtually to guide GIS implementations.
• Provide training on Esri project data and deliverables.
• Follow GIS standards and SOPs.
