Colliers Engineering & Design seeks a GIS Specialist II to turn geospatial data into actionable insights. You will leverage Esri tools to support transportation, utilities, and municipal infrastructure projects.

The role involves creating web apps/maps, configuring ArcGIS Online accounts, and guiding GIS deployments across client sites. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in GIS, Geography, or related A&E field.
• Esri Utility Network Certification.
• 5+ years of professional GIS/IT/Engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and prepare GIS data into map products and deliverables.
• Create Esri Web Apps and Web Maps via ArcGIS Online and Portal for clients.
• Assist in preparing ArcGIS Enterprise project data and applications.
• Install and configure Esri ArcGIS Online accounts for clients.
• Lead project duties in setting up project data environments and deployment.
• Quality check geodatabases and GPS field data.
