You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships, guiding teams using Esri technologies. This employee-owned firm offers a hybrid work arrangement, opportunities to advance, and collaboration with engineers, planners, and environmental professionals.

Qualifications

• 14+ years’ experience with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online for advanced geospatial analysis and project execution.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong experience with ESRI technologies including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Experience Builder, Survey123, and Field Maps.
• Proficiency in Python, Arcade, JavaScript, and SQL for automation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead GIS projects from kickoff through completion, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Serve as primary GIS project contact for municipal/state clients across New England.
• Direct design and implementation of Esri-based GIS solutions and applications.
• Provide technical leadership in GIS databases, mapping products, and data management.
• Oversee collection, integration, processing, analysis, and QA/QC of geospatial data.
• Mentor GIS staff and collaborate across disciplines to integrate GIS into multidisciplinary projects.
• Support business development through proposals, presentations, and client pursuits.
