Qualifications

• 14+ years’ experience with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online for advanced geospatial analysis and project execution
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong experience with ESRI technologies including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Experience Builder, Survey123/Survey123 Connect, Field Maps
• Strong programming and automation experience using Python, Arcade, JavaScript, SQL
• Demonstrate a strong technical aptitude and a solid understanding of GIS concepts, data structures, and cartography
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and field data collection
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work across development and operational GIS tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead GIS projects from kickoff through completion, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables
• Serve as the primary GIS project contact for municipal and state clients across New England
• Direct project teams in Esri-based GIS solutions, including ArcGIS Online, Experience Builder, Dashboards, Field Maps, Survey123, and custom apps
• Provide technical leadership in GIS databases, mappings, system integrations, and data management
• Oversee collection, integration, processing, analysis, and QA/QC of complex geospatial data
• Leverage Python, Arcade, automation, and GIS technologies to streamline workflows and solve client challenges
• Lead QA/QC efforts and review GIS data, analyses, and maps for quality and accuracy
• Collaborate across disciplines to integrate GIS into multidisciplinary projects
• Visit client sites to lead meetings, oversee implementation, and collect field data
• Mentor GIS staff and support professional development
• Partner with Senior Managers on strategic initiatives to enhance GIS services
• Support business development including proposals, interviews, and client pursuits
