Job summary

Davis Unlimited Information Technologies, Inc (DUIT) seeks a Senior GIS Programmer to support the Baltimore County Office of Information Technology's GIS program. The role emphasizes enterprise GIS development, code review, documentation, and database work within a structured environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years creating and modifying applications with J2EE, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, C#, and Python, plus strong ESRI ArcGIS experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years developing and modifying applications using J2EE, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, C#, Python.
• Minimum of three (3) years working with ESRI ArcGIS technologies including ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS APIs, ArcGIS JavaScript API, Esri SDKs, and ArcSDE.
• Experience with ArcGIS Model Builder and Python.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Triggers, and Stored Procedures.
• Development of reports using SSRS, Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and concepts (Oracle, SQL Server preferred).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Preferred: bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 5 years in systems analysis or project management.
• Recent engagement with a government entity.
