Job summary

Davis Unlimited Information Technologies, Inc (DUIT) in Baltimore County is seeking a Senior GIS Programmer with 5+ years of experience to support government GIS initiatives. The role involves development, upgrade, and support of GIS applications in a hybrid work arrangement with up to 40% remote work.

Responsibilities include enterprise GIS development, code reviews, planning, and database development, with a focus on ESRI technologies and federal cybersecurity-aligned practices.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years developing and modifying applications using J2EE, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, C#, Python.
• Three (3) years working with ESRI ArcGIS technologies including ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS APIs, ArcGIS JavaScript API, Esri SDKs, ArcSDE.
• Experience with ArcGIS Model Builder and Python.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Triggers, and Stored Procedures.
• Development of reports using SSRS, Power BI.
• Relational databases knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server).

Responsibilities

• GIS application development in an Enterprise GIS environment.
• Code review, documentation, planning, and development.
• Database development.
