Atlanta Beltline, Inc. seeks a GIS & Data Analytics Manager to transform spatial data into actionable insights that drive planning, operations, and decision-making. You will lead GIS resources, automate workflows, and develop dashboards that support organizational priorities across departments.

The role requires expertise in Python/R, SQL, and ArcGIS platforms, with collaboration across teams to advance data-driven decisions and performance measurement.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Esri GIS technologies (ArcGIS Pro, Online, Enterprise) and related applications.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis, automation, and workflow development.
• Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or ArcGIS Dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise GIS datasets, geodatabases, and metadata.
• Develop GIS standards, templates, and data governance practices.
• Perform spatial analyses to support planning, economic development, housing, and transit.
• Coordinate external vendors and project timelines.
