Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a Senior Associate for its Incubation and Trends practice to support land use and zoning reform for affordable housing. The role emphasizes GIS, data analysis, and collaboration with city and county partners across the country.

The Senior Associate will develop spatial models, conduct market studies, and produce high-quality maps while working with a national team to advance equity and resilient communities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree and two years related experience is required; an advanced degree may be substituted for experience.
• Experience working with local governments is preferred.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS or equivalent software is required; familiarity with spatial analyst tools and statistics is desired.
• Proficiency with data analysis software such as R or Python is required.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of projects focused on the impact of land use and zoning reform on affordable housing supply.
• Develop parcel prioritization methodologies to identify sites for affordable housing.
• Demonstrate impacts of zoning actions using data and maps.
• Assist in market studies through Census, PUMS, CoStar and related data.
• Collaborate with spatial analysts using ArcGIS Online and other tools.
• Produce publication-quality maps and graphics for reports and presentations.
