Preferred candidates have strong ArcGIS, Python, and R skills, plus experience managing professionals and collaborating with local governments to unlock housing supply through zoning reforms.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree is required; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience leading staff and teams is required.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of land use and zoning projects within the Incubation and Trends practice area.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on land use, zoning, and emerging trends.
• Lead data-driven analyses and develop strategies for housing supply and policy impact.
