Enterprise Advisors seeks a Director of Incubation and Trends to lead a growing portfolio on land use and zoning. You will manage a team, develop strategic priorities, and deliver data-driven insights using geospatial analysis.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Ten or more years of relevant experience.
• Five years’ experience managing staff and teams; supports professional development.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS; data analysis in Python or R preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Incubation and Trends practice area and manage staff.
• Develop strategy and priorities for land use, zoning, and related work.
• Cultivate client and funder relationships and identify opportunities.
• Oversee market studies and spatial analyses using Census data and CoStar.
