Job summary

Enterprise Advisors is seeking a Senior Associate with GIS and data analysis experience to support a portfolio focused on land use and zoning reform and affordable housing. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years related experience required; advanced degree may substitute for experience.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Experience with local governments or advisory services for land use and zoning preferred.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS and data analysis software required (R or Python).
• Strong writing, editing, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with equity-focused housing and community development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of projects within the Incubation & Trends practice area focused on land use and zoning reform and affordable housing supply.
• Develop parcel prioritization methodologies to identify sites for affordable housing development.
• Use data and mapping outputs to demonstrate the impacts of zoning actions, needs, and opportunities.
• Support market studies through analysis of Census, PUMS, CoStar, and other data sources.
• Collaborate with spatial analysts, share databases, and utilize ArcGIS Online.
• Produce publication-quality maps and graphics and develop map layouts for reports and presentations.
• Provide technical support to deliver advisory services on land use and zoning reform in cities/counties.
• Serve as a team member on technical assistance assignments and other projects.
• Support clients, funders, subcontractors, and partner organizations within Advisors.
• Review and provide feedback on work products for quality control and performance management.
• Travel to out-of-town work assignments and team meetings.
