Job summary

Consertus, Inc. is seeking a GIS/BIM Digital Manager to lead the program's digital delivery ecosystem at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. You will guide BIM, GIS, and CADD coordination, enforce standards, and manage multi-disciplinary model reviews across design through turnover.

The role requires strong leadership, 8+ years in digital delivery, and familiarity with Procore/Esri/Navisworks workflows. Onsite at AUS with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Geography/GIS, or related field.
• 8+ years managing BIM, CADD, and/or GIS programs with leadership experience.
• Experience with CAD/BIM standards, data environments, and aviation or airport programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM, GIS, and CADD teams across multiple concurrent projects at AUS.
• Enforce BEP, data standards, and CDE governance; ensure model/data coordination.
• Oversee clash detection, constructability reviews, and COBie turnover readiness.
• Translate technical status into executive reports and dashboards.
