Job summary

Ferrovial Construction US Corp. invites a Digital Construction & Innovation Manager to lead the delivery of digital projects from Austin. You will drive BIM adoption, integrate drones, AI and IoT into construction workflows, and collaborate with design, engineering and construction teams to meet project goals.

You will develop training programs, manage budgets, and evaluate new technologies to improve productivity and outcomes across infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or US equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of digital construction projects with budgets and schedules.
• Identify and integrate new digital tools (BIM, drones, AI, IoT) into processes.
• Collaborate with design, engineering and construction teams to ensure alignment and stakeholder updates.
• Develop and deliver training programs on new technologies and workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement through post-project evaluations and standard operating procedures.
