Job summary

Consertus is seeking a Capital Plan Technology Manager to lead the digital delivery ecosystem (BIM, GIS, CADD) for AUS airport projects. You will establish standards, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure outputs are accurate, coordinated, and usable across the full lifecycle from design through turnover.

The role requires onsite work at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. You will supervise BIM/GIS/CADD teams, enforce standards, conduct model coordination, and support constructability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Geography/GIS, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience managing BIM, CADD, and GIS programs, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/management capacity.
• Demonstrated experience managing digital delivery standards across multiple concurrent capital projects, ideally on large ($100M+) programs.
• Experience with COBie/facility turnover data standards and integration with CMMS/EAM systems.
• Familiarity with municipal procurement and public-sector capital program delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage BIM, GIS, and CADD teams across projects and coordinate staffing and resource needs.
• Author, maintain, and enforce AEDP BEP, GIS data standards, and CADD standards; ensure compliance.
• Oversee multi-discipline clash detection, constructability reviews, and 4D/5D tie-ins when applicable.
• Translate technical status into clear reports for governance meetings and stakeholders.
• Ensure COBie/FAA/airport turnover data readiness for O&M systems.
