RIVUS Consulting LLC is seeking a Senior GIS Analyst to bolster our GIS asset management and application development teams. The role supports transportation and environmental programs, delivering analytics for clients.

The candidate will develop and maintain GIS datasets, perform spatial analyses, integrate data with asset management systems, and produce maps, dashboards, and reports. On-site in Texas with collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of GIS/asset management experience.
• Experience with asset management software for transportation infrastructure (e.g., Trimble Unity, Cityworks).
• Experience with ESRI ArcGIS technologies including ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS APIs, ArcGIS JavaScript API, ArcGIS Experience Builder, Collector, ArcSDE, and ArcGIS Mobile.
• Experience with ArcGIS Model Builder and Python.
• Experience with ESRI Survey123 development.
• Experience with ESRI toolset, SQL Server, and Google.
• Ability to produce and troubleshoot asset management dashboards, maps, and reports.
• Experience integrating Google Maps in Web apps.
• Experience securing data transfer via Web Services.
• Experience creating technical documentation.

Responsabilités

• Manage and analyze data related to physical assets for municipal and transportation agencies.
• Develop, edit, and maintain GIS datasets with data quality control.
• Perform spatial analysis, geoprocessing, and ETL tasks.
• Integrate GIS data with asset management systems (Trimble Unity/Cityworks) and other databases.
• Produce maps, reports, and dashboards using GIS data and analysis results.
• Support and configure GIS software, including ArcGIS Online and Portal.
• Assist or oversee field data collection using GPS and mobile apps.
• Create and maintain documentation for GIS workflows and metadata.
• Provide training and technical assistance on GIS and asset management practices.
• Support GIS-related projects and collaborate with internal and client teams.
• Transform and integrate data to evaluate asset performance and support strategic goals.
• GIS application development and maintenance; ArcGIS server web app development.
• Develop/ enhance custom GIS web apps, scripts, data and layers.
• Develop ESRI Survey123 applications.
• Code using ESRI GIS developer tools and Python.
• Identify areas for improvement in design, performance, workflows, tools/tech.
• Streamline data management and security features.
• Develop online training manuals.
• Train end users on application use.
• Participate in weekly or monthly progress meetings.
