Whitestar seeks a GIS-focused professional to join the Data Products Team in Denver. You will utilize Python, ArcGIS and other tools to map, digitize polygons, ensure data quality, and support clients and teammates in a collaborative environment.

• Experience with GIS data products and QA processes.
• Strong client communication and training abilities.
• Familiarity with Whitestar data schemas and AWS/Esri tooling.

Responsibilities

• Member of Data Products Team with Product Manager and GIS Technicians.
• Maintain, enhance and QA Whitestar data products: ParcelSD, ParcelsHD, ParcelsHD+, WellsHD, CultureHD.
• Provide customer service: process, delivery, and tech support for subscription products.
• Monitor LiveChat and redirect inquiries to the right team member; handle tech inquiries.
• Define or expand Whitestar data product schemas; translate data sources to final delivery schemas.
• Troubleshoot and improve data preparation workflows; create user accounts and document steps.
• Lead customer demos and discussions around Whitestar products and services.
