AHU Technologies Inc is seeking an on-site GIS Analyst to support the DCGIS Program. This role involves managing geospatial products and services throughout their lifecycle, including data creation and visualization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with GIS technology, particularly Esri ArcGIS, and be adept in analyzing and managing spatial data for effective decision-making within government.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of geospatial principles and demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality geospatial products.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with Geospatial Science and GIS principles.
• 6+ years of experience with Esri ArcGIS Pro and suite.
• 6+ years of experience producing geospatial data and products.
• 6+ years managing complex geodatabases with ESRI GIS software.
• 16+ years manipulating geospatial data.

Responsibilities

• Manage DC GIS Products and Services throughout the product lifecycle.
• Update and maintain metadata to support data standards.
• Create and integrate GIS data layers using software.
• Provide technical expertise in support of district agencies.
• Support ad-hoc requests from various DC agencies.
