Job summary

Devon Energy is seeking a seasoned GIS professional to support the Corporate Asset Evaluation Team. The role emphasizes GIS analysis, data integration, and workflow automation to inform acquisitions, divestitures, and project evaluations.

Responsibilities include integrating sub-surface data, interfacing with geological and economic data, and building GIS models and automated workflows for executive-level presentations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of GIS experience.
• Familiar with A&D processes.
• Strong ArcGIS Pro proficiency.
• Experience with geoprocessing and workflow automation.
• Experience with SQL and large spatial datasets.
• Experience publishing map services and web apps.
• Oil & gas E&P knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and integrate sub-surface data into spatial workflows for asset evaluations.
• Interface with geologic, well attribute, economic, and ownership data.
• Perform geospatial analysis including joins, dissolves, proximity analysis.
• Develop and maintain GIS models, scripts, and automated workflows.
• Maintain geospatial data quality within an enterprise environment.
• Create maps and presentation-ready displays for executive reviews.
