Job summary

Devon Energy is seeking a Senior GIS Analyst to support the Corporate Asset Evaluation Team's acquisitions and divestitures. You will build spatial workflows, integrate sub-surface data, and deliver analysis for strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in GIS, strong ArcGIS Pro skills, and experience with data integration, Python scripting, and enterprise GIS environments. Oil & gas knowledge is highly valued and the role offers a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

+5 years of GIS experience in asset evaluation or A&D context.
Proficient with ArcGIS Pro and Esri enterprise GIS environments.
Experience with geoprocessing, data integration, and Python scripting.
Familiar with A&D processes and oil & gas industry preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and integrate sub-surface data into spatial workflows for asset evaluations.
Interface with geologic, well attribute, economic, and ownership data.
Perform geospatial analyses including spatial joins, dissolves, and georeferencing.
Develop and maintain GIS models, scripts, and automated workflows.
Maintain geospatial data quality within an enterprise environment.
Create maps and presentation-ready displays for executive and board-level reviews.
