Job summary

Devon is seeking a seasoned GIS professional to support the Corporate Asset Evaluation Team with acquisitions and divestitures. You will work on GIS-based data integration, spatial analyses, and automated workflows to inform asset evaluations and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include data integration from multiple sources, model development, and producing executive-ready maps and dashboards for rapid A&D assessments. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ GIS or related field experience.
• Familiar with A&D processes.
• Strong ArcGIS Pro and Esri GIS experience.
• FME, Python, SQL and large spatial datasets.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Oil & gas E&P knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and integrate sub-surface data into spatial workflows.
• Interface with geologic, well attribute, economic, and ownership data.
• Perform geospatial analysis and spatial calculations.
• Develop GIS models, scripts, and automated workflows.
• Maintain geospatial data quality in an enterprise environment.
• Digitize and maintain leases, acreage, DSUs, and related features.
• Calculate PDP well spacing for development inventories.
• Integrate multiple datasets into GIS workflows.
• Create maps and presentation-ready displays for AET screenings.
• Support rapid-turnaround data-room evaluations and A&D activities.
• Identify opportunities to automate AET data workflows.
