Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Processes financial transactions related to fundraising activities into the applicable software system.
• Posts transactions following policies and procedures including IRS regulations and campaign policies.
• Manages and imports complex gift processing transactions.
• Receives all credit card transactions related to fundraising activities and follows up on rejects.
• Verifies donor designation of pledges using backup documentation.
• Updates bio-demographic records during gift posting and schedules updates.
• Inputs payroll deduction gifts with accuracy and speed.
• Reviews and updates monthly quality control reports to maintain data integrity.
