Job summary

Bausch Health is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison (GI - North East) to serve as a scientific peer and primary conduit between the company and healthcare professionals across NY territory.

The role partners with Clinical Operations to optimize trial sites and patient recruitment, and to deliver strategic medical insights and real-world evidence to inform lifecycle strategies and brand plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years MSL experience preferred.
• Established relationships with Gastroenterology and/or Hepatology KMEs desired.
• Demonstrated expertise in drug information communication.
• Knowledge of FDA requirements related to MSLs.

Responsibilities

• Peer-to-Peer Relationship Management with KMEs and healthcare decision-makers.
• Deliver fair-balanced, evidence-based clinical presentations.
• Represent the organization at major medical and scientific congresses.
• Capture voice of the customer to inform Global Medical Strategy.
• Partner with Clinical Operations to identify trial sites and assist recruitment.
• Provide medical/scientific input to Market Access and Commercial teams.
• Translate global medical plans into localized field tactics.
• Provide medical insights to refine brand territory strategies.
• Support on-label educational, scientific information dissemination.
• Contribute to pre-launch scientific readiness plans.
