Bausch Health is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison for the GI franchise in the North East. The role covers peer engagement with gastroenterology/hepatology experts, data-driven medical communications, and cross-functional collaboration across field teams to translate global plans into local execution.

The candidate will support trial site selection, patient recruitment, and IITs, while contributing to RWE initiatives and lifecycle strategies within a compliant, global medical framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree (PhD/ PharmD/ MD) highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years MSL experience preferred.
• Established relationships with Gastroenterology and/or Hepatology KMEs desirable.
• Knowledge of FDA requirements related to MSLs.

Responsabilités

• Peer-to-Peer Relationship Management with KMEs and healthcare decision-makers.
• High-Level Data Dissemination through evidence-based presentations.
• Represent the organization at major medical congresses and synthesize sessions.
• Capture voice of the customer to inform Global Medical Strategy.
• Partner with Clinical Operations to identify trial sites and support IITs.
• Identify opportunities for Real-World Evidence to demonstrate value.
• Serve as therapeutic area expert for internal stakeholders and field teams.
• Lead launch readiness and translate global plans into local tactics.
