Bausch Health Companies Inc. is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison to serve as a high-level scientific peer and primary conduit between the company and the healthcare community across multiple New York territories.

The role requires building long-term relationships with KMEs in gastroenterology and hepatology, delivering evidence-based presentations, and representing the organization at major medical meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (PhD/PharmD/MD).
• Minimum 5 years MSL experience preferred.
• Established relationships with Gastroenterology and/or Hepatology KMEs desired.
• Strong knowledge of FDA requirements related to MSLs.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Peer-to-Peer Relationship Management: cultivate and maintain long-term scientific partnerships with KMEs and healthcare decision-makers within territory.
• High-Level Data Dissemination: deliver balanced, evidence-based clinical presentations and lead discussions on disease states and therapeutic pipelines.
• Congress Leadership: represent the organization at major medical and scientific congresses.
