3R Sustainability is seeking a Sustainability Data & Carbon Accounting Consultant to help clients interpret emissions data across Scopes 1–3 and translate findings into practical reduction strategies. You will support GHG inventories, PCFs, and LCAs, organize client data, and prepare analyses for technical reviews while collaborating with Climate, Product, and Packaging teams.

Applicants should have strong data skills, experience with GHG platforms, and the ability to work across service types.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of professional experience in GHG accounting, sustainability data analysis, or data-intensive work.
• Relevant education or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred: consulting experience, PCFs/LCAs exposure, U.S. work authorization.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain GHG inventory work products from data collection to assumptions and quality checks.
• Help implement and use the inventory platform and reconcile outputs with data sources.
• Review datasets for gaps, inconsistencies, and shifts between periods and communicate data needs to the team.
• Interpret and present emissions results, identify reduction opportunities, and support cross-scope strategies 1–3.
