St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH seeks an experienced Geriatric Physician to join our Senior Care team on a full-time basis. Board-Eligible/Certified in Geriatric Medicine, you will provide comprehensive care across outpatient and post-acute settings within a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine.
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience preferred.
• Clinical interest, training, or certification in Gerontology strongly preferred.
• J-1 visa candidates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient-focused care for older adults across multiple settings.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team including APNs and physicians.
• Participate inInternal Medicine call rotation; first-call coverage managed by RN triage.
• Opportunity for leadership and Medical Directorship roles as the team expands.
