Job summary

St. Joseph Hospital, a member of Covenant Health, is seeking an experienced Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Geriatric Physician to join our growing Senior Care team in Nashua, New Hampshire on a full time basis.

About the Opportunity

Join an established geriatrics team consisting of a physician leader and experienced advanced practice providers dedicated to improving the health and quality of life of older adults throughout Southern New Hampshire.

Our practice provides care in a variety of settings, including:

• Geriatric outpatient services
• Skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities
• Long-term care facilities
• Post-acute care settings

The team is experiencing significant growth, with patient visits and productivity exceeding budget expectations. Additional expansion opportunities include growth of post-acute services and potential Medical Directorship opportunities.

The Senior Care team currently includes:

• Physician Medical Director
• Two experienced Advanced Practice Providers

The department cares for an average of more than 450 patients per month and continues to expand services throughout the region.
