The NP collaborates with physicians and the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure continuous, high-quality patient care within scope of practice.

The ideal candidate holds an MSN with NP certification in Family/Geriatrics/Adult/Acute Care, an active state license, CPR certification, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• MSN in Nursing and NP credential required.
• Active state NP license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Other related certifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive geriatric care across clinic, home, ambulatory, and facility settings.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Develop and adjust care plans; order diagnostics and interpret results.
