A Place at Home in Encinitas is hiring a non-clinical LVN/Care Supervisor to train and supervise caregivers, coordinate senior care resources, and support clients and families as we grow, ensuring consistent care and dependable follow-through. This is a non-clinical role focusing on geriatric care management, resource navigation, caregiver ADL training and supervision, and quality assurance.

You must be a self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and be ready to handle routine duties

Formación

• Active California LVN license in good standing.
• Three or more years of geriatric or elder care experience.
• Strong judgment, organization, communication, documentation, and caregiver coaching skills.
• Comfort using electronic records, email, and mobile technology.

Responsabilidades

• Assess non-medical needs and home safety; maintain individualized care plans.
• Coordinate new-client starts, caregiver handoffs, and follow-up visits.
• Train caregivers on ADLs and transfer techniques; observe competency and provide coaching.
