Silvergate Rancho Bernardo, owned by AmeriCare Health & Retirement Group, seeks an LVN Supervisor to oversee supervision and training of Caregivers and MedTechs in Independent, Assisted Living, and Dementia care.

The role reports to the Director of Resident Care and focuses on delivering quality resident services, medication administration, and compliant documentation while leading a team in a compassionate senior community.

Qualifikationen

• Must be LVN licensed in California.
• Graduate from accredited nursing program.
• Strong leadership and supervision skills.
• Experience directing care staff and documentation.
• Knowledge of California Title 22 and dementia care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate staffing to minimize overtime and ensure coverage.
• Assess residents, document changes, and notify physicians.
• Oversee daily care charting and medication monitoring.
• Review orders and follow up with residents.
• Assist with coordination of medical appointments.
• Maintain supplies and respond to inquiries.
