Zanskar is seeking a Senior Lease and Land Analyst in Salt Lake City to secure, manage, and optimize geothermal land assets. You will serve as the technical expert for lease administration, title analysis, land records, and regulatory compliance across the portfolio.

Collaborating with Development, Legal, GIS, Permitting, and Finance, you will ensure land assets are development‑ready while mitigating risks and supporting acquisitions, divestitures, and project schedules.

Formación

• 5+ years in lease administration or land management in energy sectors.
• Experience with federal, state, tribal lands and complex portfolios.
• Knowledge of title analysis and due diligence processes.

Responsabilidades

• Administer a portfolio of geothermal leases from acquisition through operations.
• Prepare, review, negotiate, and administer leases, amendments, and permissions.
• Track lease obligations, royalties, and extension terms.
• Perform title analyses and due diligence on land records.
• Coordinate with attorneys and title companies to resolve ownership issues.
• Support acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and project development.
• Maintain land records and GIS data accuracy.
• Prepare executive reports on lease status and readiness.
• Identify risks and propose practical solutions.
