Zanskar seeks a Project Finance Associate in Salt Lake City (hybrid) to support the Head of Finance in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring for geothermal projects. You will contribute to capital allocation and strategic decisions across the portfolio.

The role targets 2–4 years of project finance experience in energy/renewables, with strong modeling and cross-functional communication skills. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in project finance for energy/renewables.
• Ability to develop and maintain complex financial models for project financing.
• Strong cross-functional communication with non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for geothermal projects and the portfolio.
• Support debt and equity financing structuring and negotiations with Head of Finance.
• Analyze capital allocation, valuation, and deal structure to guide investments.
