SESI Consulting Engineers, founded in 1976, is a well-established engineering firm in Parsippany, NJ. We seek dynamic individuals to support growth while delivering Geotechnical, Site/Civil, and Environmental engineering solutions for owners and developers.

This role involves directing engineering projects, coordinating with clients, and leading project teams. The ideal candidate has extensive PM experience, licensure, and proficiency with design software.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; minimum 10–12 years experience and 8 years in project management.
• LSRP license preferred.
• 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification.
• FE/EIT certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Proficient with design software: Quake, WEAP, L-Pile, FEA.

Responsibilities

• Manages and performs site investigations.
• Evaluates surface or subsurface conditions and provides recommendations.
• Plans and implements engineering program with milestones and staff requirements.
• Develops and maintains schedule and budget for the project.
• Provides status reports and adjusts schedules accordingly.
• Interfaces with customers to provide project status reports.
