Qualifications

• MSCE with 5+ years geotechnical engineering experience.
• Texas Professional Engineer license required.
• Experience with TxDOT/municipal projects a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Forecast project start, schedule, and profitability.
• Develop actions to achieve project goals.
• Prepare proposals with detailed cost estimates.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout projects.
• Mentor junior staff and lead team-building efforts.

• Review invoices before issuance to clients.

• Review all reports for completeness and accuracy before submittal.
