Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Civil Engineering with MSCE or BSCE and 3–5 years of related experience.
• On track to obtain Texas PE within 1 year.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus strong math and science skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects meeting financial goals and quality standards.
• Perform engineering analyses for foundations, retaining walls, slope stability, and settlement.
• Lead field and lab assignments; provide deliverables on schedule and within budget.
• Review and seal geotechnical investigation reports.
• Develop proposals for future work; support business development.
• Guide and mentor junior staff; team building; assist with client satisfaction.
