Qualifications

• PE license required
• 5+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
• Experience with geotechnical investigations, engineering analyses and foundation design
• Experience preparing technical reports and interacting directly with clients
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Knowledge of Texas soils and regional geotechnical challenges preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute geotechnical projects from proposal stage through final deliverables.
• Plan and oversee subsurface investigation programs, including drilling and field testing activities.
• Analyze field and laboratory data to develop geotechnical design recommendations.
• Prepare and review reports related to foundations, pavements, retaining structures, earthwork, and site development.
• Provide engineering recommendations for shallow and deep foundations, settlement analyses, slope stability, and ground improvement solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Support construction services and provide technical consultation during project execution.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Assist with proposal development and client relationship management.
