Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Geotechnical Engineering projects under Principal supervision.
• Work independently with guidance as needed.
• Lead and manage CMT projects previously involved in Geotechnical phase.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, reports and specifications.
• Review lab and field test data for reports and recommendations.
• Represent the firm in client meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Support business development through client relationships and industry involvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and permitting requirements.
