Job summary

Langan International, LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager – Geotechnical Engineering to lead projects in Houston, Austin, or San Antonio, TX. The role involves client interaction, staff training, and project leadership across geotechnical reports, foundations, retaining walls, and related analyses.

The candidate will design geotechnical solutions, coordinate schedules and budgets, and collaborate with senior leaders to drive technical excellence in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer licensure is required.
• 10+ years of geotechnical experience is required.
• Experience with geotechnical investigations and construction inspections.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical reports, specifications, construction plans, and geotechnical recommendations.
• Prepare proposals, coordinate projects, manage clients and billings.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and review of staff work.
• Expand services with existing clients and develop new ones while maintaining billable time.
• Support excavation designs and Plaxis 3D analysis.
• Log borings and observe field construction.
• Manage multiple projects within budgets and schedules.
