Job summary

This role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and the ability to develop technical proposals, oversee field and lab work, and ensure project quality and schedule.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of geotechnical engineering experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active PE License.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical proposals with minimal supervision.
• Execute technically demanding geotechnical projects.
• Lead a team of junior geotechnical engineers.
• Coordinate geotechnical field and lab assignments.
• Perform analyses and prepare reports.
• Maintain client expectations for quality and schedule.
