Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• 15+ years of engineering experience, with at least 10 years in consulting and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and business development strategies.
• Evaluate potential project opportunities and respond to client proposals.
• Prepare and review contracts.
• Develop scopes of work and associated budgets.
• Oversee technical analyses and deliverables.
• Create innovative, technically sound solutions for client needs.
