GEI Consultants, Inc. in Glastonbury, CT is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer / Senior Project Manager to lead projects, mentor staff, and drive client-focused solutions. The role spans transportation, buildings, waterfront, renewables, and flood-control initiatives, with clear growth across disciplines.

Hybrid work is available; CTDOT collaboration and leadership in multi-project oversight are valued. Travel and licensing are required for broad engagement and successful delivery.

Formación

• B.S. in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering required; Master’s in Geotechnical Engineering preferred.
• Registered Professional Engineer with the ability to obtain CT license within one year.
• Experience on interdisciplinary design teams with environmental, civil, and structural engineering.
• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel on short-term assignments.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor junior staff and provide technical leadership.
• Manage technical, financial, and client relationships on projects.
• Prepare proposals and develop new business in geotechnical services.
• Collaborate with local contractors, teaming partners, and government agencies.
• Lead technical excellence while balancing client expectations.
