Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited school.
• PE license in Texas or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• At least 7 years of experience managing large engineering projects.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Manage geotechnical projects from conceptual planning to post‑construction.
• Serve as Geotechnical Engineer‑of‑Record (GEOR) on projects as required.
• Develop relationships with clients and market influencers.
• Direct and mentor junior staff; review field and lab data and deliverables.
• Oversee field operations, prepare reports, and manage invoicing and budgets.
