Job summary

Raba Kistner, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Graduate Engineer - Geotechnical to join the Gonzales, LA area engineering team. You will perform geotechnical investigations and coordinate field activities under supervision and budget constraints.

The role includes data interpretation, engineering calculations, and report preparation, with opportunities to support invoicing, marketing, and project management. ABET-accredited degree and EIT preferred; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited school.
• Engineer-in-Training certification in Louisiana preferred or obtainable within one year of employment.
• Three (3) years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform geotechnical and forensic engineering investigations and studies within budget under licensed professional engineer guidance.
• Coordinate field drilling, data collection, lab testing, data interpretation and report preparation.
• Manage assigned projects, assist with invoicing/collections and marketing responsibilities.
• Review/prebill invoices and participate in professional organizations as directed.
