Raba Kistner is seeking a dependable Project Engineer - Geotechnicalto join our team in Corpus Christi, TX. The Project Engineer’s primary responsibilities encompass the management of simple to moderately complex geotechnical engineering projects. The Project Engineer shall support the firm’s objectives of meeting our clients’ expectations in a timely manner while achieving the Corporation’s financial objectives. The Project Engineer shall support business activities required to grow and effectively conduct the firm’s geotechnical engineering business in the assigned marketplace. The Project Engineer must possess excellent communicating, writing, and interpersonal skills in dealing with fellow employees, subcontractors, subconsultants, clients, and the general public. Secondary responsibilities will involve supporting the Construction Materials Testing Services as required. Other responsibilities include:
Must have excellent communication skills to interact with clients and staff successfully, having clarity and understanding in order to prevent errors. This includes being able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Organizational skills are important in this role to utilize company resources efficiently and effectively. Advanced knowledge of computer operations including Microsoft Office and other engineering programs.

Noise level is moderate (business office with computers/printers, light traffic, etc.)
This position may require protracted or irregular hours. Flexibility to work irregular hours is necessary due to client needs. Work responsibilities require out of town/overnight travel to Raba Kistner office, client offices, and project locations.
