Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering.
• PE license required.
• 5+ years geotechnical engineering experience.
• Must be based in the Austin area or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Manage geotechnical projects from proposal through completion.
• Plan and oversee subsurface investigations and field exploration programs.
• Perform geotechnical analyses and develop foundation recommendations.
• Prepare and review geotechnical reports and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and design teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and staffing resources.
• Support client relationship management and business development efforts.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and staff.
