Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering is required; an MS or PhD in Geotechnical Engineering is preferred.
• 15 years of geotechnical consulting experience focusing on heavy infrastructure.
• Professional Engineer license is required; dam/levee experience is a plus.
• Extensive design experience in geotechnical projects and familiar with codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical tasks and delivery for medium to large civil projects.
• Mentor less experienced staff and lead data collection programs.
• Develop geotechnical analyses, reports, and design documents.
• Support business development and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Interact with clients and contribute to design, construction, and specifications.
